about
The Story
Founded by Hawthorne and Inglewood native Stanley Alexander, Coolaid the Clown brought a distinct, high-energy shift to South Los Angeles party entertainment. Moving away from traditional magic tricks and balloon animals, Alexander introduced a performance style rooted in LA street dance culture, krumping, and interactive crowd engagement.
What started as neighborhood party performances grew into a structured youth program and community movement. By pairing face painting and clown entertainment with street dance workshops, Coolaid the Clown established a constructive space for local youth to build confidence, discipline, and physical strength through movement.
Today, Coolaid the Clown and his crew deliver live entertainment across Los Angeles County and internationally, bringing dynamic stage shows to private events, festivals, and community celebrations.
